Baylor's First Birthday

We had such a fun little party for Miss Baylor on her BIG day! So many of her friends and family made her feel so special!!! We can't say thank you enough to all of the friends and family who traveled from out of town to make it to such an important day~ AND of course we can't forget our sweet family and friends that are here in Florence that took time out of their lives to make it to the party.
Lastly, thank you, thank you, thank you Aron Smith for capturing so many sweet moments! You are SO talented!!!!!! {and your husband is OK too-- ha ha!} Baylor will always be able to look back at these beautiful pictures of her First Birthday and see who celebrated such a special time with her- thank you for giving her that!

 Beyond thrilled that this sweet family lives in South Carolina again! We have missed the Drakes terribly! Thank you Ennis and Carreen for driving OVER three hours to celebrate with our sweet girl!

I. JUST. REGISTERED. OUR. THREE. YEAR. OLD. FOR. BIG. GIRL. SCHOOL.
{I keep thinking if I say it slower, it will sink in........hmmmm... yeah, not so much!}

Today I took McCall with me to register her for her new 3K program. We are super excited about the program and her new teacher {who we happen to know AND looooooove!}

OK-- that's it for now {if I talk about this much longer I will start crying........ AGAIN!}

Baylor's One Year Stats

Earlier this week we went for Baylor's One Year Check-up. It made me think back to when McCall turned a year old, so.....

At One Year McCall looked like this:

• was 22 pounds and 30 3/8 inches long (95th percentile)

At One Year Baylor looks like this:

• is 21 pounds (50th percentile) and 29 inches on the dot (50th percentile)

I feel like my girls are looking more and more alike and I just love how their sisterly bond gets stronger every day. Right now, Baylor thinks anything McCall does is hysterical and McCall adores her "Baylor Bear" and frequently just walks up to her to kiss her on her forehead :) Davy and I know we are so blessed!! {**Birthday party blog and more on our Baylor's Special Day to come soon!}

A Year In Review!

Our sweet Baylor turned ONE on July 28th! I still can't believe it has been a year since we added the sweetest, funniest, smiliest, blue-eyed beautiful little girl to our family!
We had a fun-filled birthday party on her actual birthday and hope to get those photos up soon.
Until then, I will share the video we made to review the amazing year we have had with our sweet Baylor!

Well, Hello There!

Once again, it's been a while since I've posted. I keep promising myself I'm going to get better at posting. But, lets face it.... I think it's safe to say I'm probably not! {sad, but true!}
So, where did we leave off? Oh yeah, my sweet baby was 11 Months Old-- well since then we have enjoyed a few family outings, had some out of town family visit, had some sweet friends over and even took a family trip to the beach for a night! Enjoy the photo dump!!
