McCall is now a BIG cousin!

Cousin Eli David Kirsch made his grand arrival this morning at 5:13 AM. He was 6 pounds 2 ounces and 18 inches long. Welcome to the family and Happy Birthday, Eli!!

Birthday Party (and a few others!)

I don't even know where to start! All I can say is we are so so SOOOOO blessed with amazing friends and family! McCall had a wonderful birthday party! We were thrilled that McCall's family and numerous friends made the trip to Florence. Our friend Lindsey Fisher is AAAAAAA-MAZING! We gave her a thumb drive with several thousand (seriously!) pictures of McCall on it. She sorted through the pictures and put together an adorable slide show! I am hoping it won't be too large and I will be able to get it downloaded to the blog- we'll see...

Worn Out!

Ok, so I didn't get to blogging last night, but promise to do so tonight when I get home from work! I just had to document how worn out McCall must be from her party. She is typically an 11 hour sleeper, but she is STILL asleep 12 hours later! She partied hard!!!!! :)

Lost Blogger....

No, I haven't forgotten my password to the blog :) Life has gotten SO busy, but I promise to try to post later tonight or tomorrow. I have lots and lots to post about (McCall's FIRST birthday party, recent pictures, and to brag on my amazing friend, Lindsey)and promise to do so ASAP!!

I Have A Confession.....

I drove my mother-in-law's van (2 DAYS...in a row) AND I liked it. OK, it's out there...I'm old! Does this make me a soccer mom?!?!?

BIG News!

I hope I don't curse it by saying this, but McCall took 5 steps in a row yesterday!!!!! She just took off after a ball while we were at Sissy and Boot's house playing.

I DID IT!!!!!

Yes, that's right (BIG sigh), I sent out birthday invitations for McCall's FIRST birthday today! I put it off as long as I could, but the time had come for me to just do it. I can't believe our baby is growing up so fast!!! Anyway, just had a quick second to post in between getting my oil changed.

Layla Grace Update

Sadly, I found out late last night that Layla Grace passed away early yesterday morning. Her parents are definitely in need of your prayers for strength to get through this tough time and for strength to comfort their other two children. My heart just breaks for this sweet family.

A Little Dirt Don't Hurt...

Today Grandma and Grandpa picked McCall up from school so she and Cousin Drake could play outside in this beautiful weather. They had a BIG time!!
I came home from work and saw them in the yard and just HAD to snap a few pictures. The last picture is right before McCall fell asleep (which by the way, she fell asleep in .000231678 seconds)

Layla Grace : I don't know these people personally, but have been keeping up with them for a while now. Please, please say a prayer for their sweet family and for Layla Grace. I can't help but think about how Davy and I would be in pieces if something like this happened to McCall.

We got home and started unpacking and McCall got really quiet- this is where we found her...BUSTED!

Realizing she's busted and continuing to do it anyway....

We continued unpacking- M got quiet again.... not good- throwing all of her dirty laundry on the floor (Why oh why is she doing this to her poor OCD mom?)

So, I took McCall into the bedroom while we unpacked our stuff- and she got stuck like this for a good 30 seconds- it was hilarious
