Our sweet cupcake is already 10 months old! Not too much new to report, but just in case we haven't mentioned it before we'll do the typical likes, dislikes, and milestones at 10 months:
Likes:
- Bath time, hands down!
- Walking with her walker
- Crawling on objects-this includes toys as well as other children at school. Yeah, we are trying to figure out how to deal with that one......
- People food- especially green beans(gets that from her Mama!), rice, chicken, and carrots. Milestones:
- Cruising from object to object and she has actually gotten very good at it!(she's been doing this for a while now, but I think I've forgotten to mention it before- sorry, M).
- Praise the Lord- the second top tooth (total of four teeth) finally finished breaking all the way through!!! I wasn't sure we were all going to make it out alive before that tooth made it's complete appearance.
- Happy to report that she IS NOT moving up in classes at school, but they did warn us it would only be a matter of time. :( Apparently she has met all the milestones except for walking to move up to the one year old room. We dearly love McCall's teachers at school and it will be a tough day when we find out she is moving up. (Davy says he's going to tie her legs together so she never walks- I think he's kidding...let's hope, right?)
- Finally got a "mama, mama, mama" yesterday- so sweet!!!! Dislikes:
- Having her outfit and/or diaper changed
- Anyone trying to look in her mouth. In fact she will tighten her lips and shake her head rapidly if you even attempt to take a look- this made things even more difficult during this second top tooth situation.
